During the 25th anniversary of the Australian Open in 1993, Mary Lou Tierney wore this tracksuit and coordinating polo shirt at Flinders Park in Melbourne. The quarter zip pullover has a loose fit constructed of faded blue lightweight synthetic fabric with matching drawstring pants. Printed on the chest of the pullover is the Reebok name for brand promotion. In addition, the left sleeve is stamped with "Ford Australian Open" featuring Ford's logo and a tennis ball to highlight the sponsors for this event. Specific elements such as elastic sleeves, drawstring closures and deep pockets to hold tools of the trade make this tracksuit highly functional.
